Our place in the church vision
Section titled “Our place in the church vision”All Nations Church of Luxembourg reflects Jesus Christ as a community that worships God, cares for people, helps them to grow, and equips them to impact the world for God’s glory.
Within this vision, the worship team relates most closely to “Worship God.” We are caring for people in the way we work together and respond to the needs of our church family. We are equipping people through songs and lyrics carrying biblical truths and God’s promises. And we support the aspect of growth, the natural output of a heart that worships and is focused on God.
The worship team is part of the ANCL worship ministries. Together we provide the framework for Sunday worship services and special events — creating a space where people can come before God’s throne, worship Him, rest, listen, and enjoy fellowship.
The vision

As a worship team we want to worship God and join in the heavenly worship described in Revelation 4. In our worship we welcome the King and His Kingdom, and respond to His beauty and greatness — revelation and response. We invite the congregation to join us in worship.
Core values

Section titled “Accessible and authentic worship”As worshipping communities, we extend the welcome of Jesus, inviting people into His presence. We are intentional about bringing people on a journey of worship — building bridges both musically and pastorally.
Intimacy with God
Section titled “Intimacy with God”We draw near to God, and He draws near to us. Intimacy is not a musical style or a tone of voice; it is a posture of our hearts.
Songs that match our lives
Section titled “Songs that match our lives”We value the form our worship takes, but place even greater value on the formation of our community. Our gathered times of worship are powerful places of transformation.
Authentic in every season
Section titled “Authentic in every season”Whether in a season of joyful celebration or a time of deep sorrow, we choose to be present to Jesus and engage with what He is doing in us and in our community.
Leaders and ministers, not performers
Section titled “Leaders and ministers, not performers”We do not desire to draw attention to ourselves or the art form we use, but to usher people to the throne of God by offering and modeling authentic worship — with excellence, joy, and reverence.
Clean hands and a pure heart
Section titled “Clean hands and a pure heart”We take our ministry seriously and strive to come before the congregation and the Lord with clean hands and a pure heart. Team members check their attitude and heart before they step on stage.
Our shared commitments
Section titled “Our shared commitments”- We stretch out an imaginary hand toward the congregation and invite them to join in the worship.
- We grow in the use of our instruments and bring our best on any given Sunday.
- We come well prepared to every rehearsal.
- We support one another and find joy in seeing brothers and sisters grow in their talents.
- We are visually present on a stage. With no specific dress code, we stay sensitive to how our appearance is perceived — never distracting from the worship.
- We are part of a bigger team, the worship ministries — a church family that serves and encourages one another.
We bring our best as musicians and worshipers, and trust God to use us.
As worship leaders, we usher people to the throne of God — joining the heavenly worship described in Revelation 4.
